ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The Michigan Wolverines enjoyed a dominant performance Sunday night, defeating Western Kentucky with a score of 112-64, effectively ending the Hilltoppers’ six-game winning streak. Vladislov Goldin and Nimari Burnett were standout players for Michigan, each contributing 17 points to the rout.

Goldin displayed impressive shooting accuracy, hitting 7 of 8 attempts from the field, including two successful three-pointers, in addition to scoring one out of two free throws. Meanwhile, Burnett made a significant impact with his long-range shooting, going 5-for-7 from beyond the arc. Tre Donaldson emerged as another key player for the Wolverines, finishing with 12 points and 11 rebounds, marking his first career double-double. Danny Wolf also recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds, chalking up his sixth such performance this season.

Coming off the bench, Sam Walters added 13 points, and Roddy Gayle Jr. contributed 11 points along with four assists to aid Michigan’s efforts. On the opposing side, Don McHenry led Western Kentucky with 18 points, hitting three three-pointers throughout the game. Julius Thedford scored 11 points but struggled with his shooting, going 3-for-16, while Enoch Kalambay chipped in with 10 points.
