WICHITA, Kan. — Xavier Bell delivered an impressive performance, scoring 29 points in Wichita State’s commanding 87-72 win over Friends University on Sunday afternoon.

Bell showcased his shooting skills by hitting 11 out of 16 attempts from the field, and he was perfect from the free-throw line, converting all five of his shots. The Shockers, now boasting a record of 10-3, also saw Quincy Ballard contribute significantly with 17 points, 16 rebounds, and three blocks. Corey Washington added to the tally with 16 points, seven rebounds, and three steals, further solidifying the team’s standout performance.
