HARRISONBURG, Va. — In a dominant performance on Sunday night, James Madison University achieved a decisive 96-64 victory against Midway. Eddie Ricks III was a key contributor for the Dukes, scoring 13 points while also grabbing eight rebounds.
Bryce Lindsay matched Ricks’ scoring output, also netting 13 points, which included an impressive shooting performance where he made 5 of 9 attempts and hit 3 of 6 from beyond the arc. Elijah Hutchins-Everett supported the team’s offensive efforts by contributing 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field.
On the other side, the Eagles were led by Miguel Shaw, who put in a noteworthy performance with 19 points and two steals. Robbie Henry also had a strong showing for Midway, adding 14 points along with five steals.
James Madison’s strong team play and efficient scoring were evident throughout the game, allowing them to secure a comfortable win and improving their season record to 7-6.
