LONG BEACH, Calif.
– In a commanding performance, Long Beach State secured an 83-57 victory against La Sierra, a member of the NAIA, during a game held on Sunday evening.
Kam Martin led the charge for the Beach, contributing 18 points along with three steals to help his team improve to a record of 6-8.
Christian Richardson also made a notable impact, scoring 17 points and achieving an impressive shooting performance, hitting five out of six field goals and going a perfect seven for seven from the free-throw line.
TJ Wainwright added to the scoring with 12 points, successfully making five of his ten shots, including two out of six from three-point range.
On the other side, La Sierra’s Noel Camejo was one of the standout players, finishing the game with 14 points and four assists.
Quinn Collins contributed 11 points to the team’s total, while Alex Archer rounded out the scoring with 10 points.
This game showcased Long Beach State’s strength as they effectively outplayed La Sierra, marking a significant win for the team.
