DARTMOUTH, N.H. – In an impressive display of skill, Connor Amundsen led the Dartmouth Big Green to a commanding victory against Vermont with a score of 84-54 on Saturday.
Amundsen contributed significantly to the team’s success, scoring 25 points with remarkable shooting accuracy. He connected on 7 of 11 attempts from the field, including a stellar 7 out of 8 from behind the three-point line, while also converting 4 of his 5 free throw attempts.
Ryan Cornish was another key player for Dartmouth, as he added 23 points to the scoreboard along with nine rebounds and eight assists, showcasing his versatility and all-around play. Brandon Mitchell-Day also made a substantial impact, scoring 15 points on 4 of 8 shooting from the field, while going an impressive 7 for 8 from the free throw line; he further contributed with nine rebounds.
For Vermont, Jace Roquemore was the top scorer with 14 points, helping to keep the game competitive. Teammate TJ Hurley chipped in with nine points, while Nick Fiorillo rounded out the scoring with eight points.
