    Florence, Alabama – Taye Fields led the scoring for North Alabama with an impressive 25 points during their 86-69 victory over Charleston Southern on Thursday night.

    Fields also contributed three steals, helping his team improve to an 8-4 record for the season. Jacari Lane supported the Lions’ effort with 18 points, shooting 8 for 16 from the field, which included two successful three-point attempts out of five. Additionally, Lane played a versatile role, providing six assists and securing four steals.

    Will Soucie also made a strong impact, scoring 13 points on 5 of 8 shooting.

    On the other side, the Buccaneers, now at 3-10, were led by Taje’ Kelly, who delivered a standout performance. Kelly scored 34 points and recorded a double-double with 14 rebounds, along with two steals.

    Daylen Berry contributed to the Buccaneers’ efforts, finishing the night with 18 points and eight rebounds.
