MIAMI — A close associate of two brothers involved in high-end real estate in Florida and New York surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, facing charges related to an incident nearly ten years ago, where he is accused of assisting in the rape of a woman.
Ohad Fisherman, 39, returned early from his honeymoon in Japan to turn himself in at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse. He faces a charge of sexual battery involving multiple offenders and was subsequently released on a $25,000 bond, secured with an additional $260,000 in collateral provided by his new wife and mother-in-law.
Investigators report that Fisherman was present with twins Alon and Oren Alexander during the alleged assault that occurred on December 31, 2016. According to the investigation, Alon Alexander had invited the woman to a festive New Year’s Eve barbecue at his Miami Beach apartment, sending her pictures featuring other guests. However, upon her arrival, she found herself alone with the twins, Fisherman, and two housekeepers.
The victim recounted to police that the twins and Fisherman took her into a bedroom where Fisherman restrained her while the twins alternated in assaulting her, instructing her not to divulge the incident to anyone. Fisherman’s defense attorney, Jeffrey Sloman, stated that “Mr. Fisherman is eager to resolve this matter and clear his name.”
This alleged crime is one of three separate accusations currently facing the Alexander twins within the state of Florida. Furthermore, they and their older brother Tal are implicated in a federal indictment from New York, which includes charges of luring, drugging, and brutally assaulting numerous women. An FBI agent revealed in a recent court hearing that around 40 women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against the brothers spanning from 2010 to 2021, frequently reporting incidents of gang rape.
The Alexander brothers remain in custody in Florida as they face these serious allegations, all maintaining that the sexual encounters were consensual, as expressed through their legal representation.
Oren and Tal Alexander are recognized for their work in the luxury real estate market, having facilitated deals for high-profile clients, including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, as well as Lindsay Lohan and Liam Gallagher. In 2022, they launched a new real estate venture named Official. Alon Alexander, after completing law school, became involved in the family’s private security enterprise.
