BAKERSFIELD, California – In an impressive performance, Marvin McGhee scored 36 points, leading Cal State Bakersfield to a commanding 96-47 victory against La Sierra on Sunday evening.

Alongside his scoring feat, McGhee contributed six rebounds and three steals for the Roadrunners, who improved their record to 5-6 for the season.

Jaden Alexander also had a strong showing with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Jemel Jones notched 14 points, shooting 6 of 14 from the field, including two successful three-pointers.

For La Sierra, Mark Boland was the top scorer with 10 points, along with two blocks. David Odinigwe added nine points to the scoreboard, while Anthony Montoya contributed with five points and four assists.

This game showcased the Roadrunners’ offensive prowess, allowing them to dominate throughout the match and secure a significant win over their rivals.
