EVANSVILLE, Indiana – Chattanooga secured a win against Evansville with a score of 75-67 on Thursday night, largely thanks to Trey Bonham, who contributed 22 points to the victory.

Bonham displayed an impressive shooting performance, hitting 8 of 12 attempts from the field, including 4 out of 6 from beyond the arc. The Mocs improved their season record to 6-4, with Frank Champion supporting the effort by scoring 12 points on 6 of 10 shooting. Also making a notable impact was Honor Huff, who tallied 12 points after shooting 4 for 11, with a solid 4 for 9 from three-point territory.

The Purple Aces, now at 3-7 for the season, saw Tanner Cuff leading their scoring effort with 18 points, alongside contributing four assists and two blocks. Tayshawn Comer was also instrumental for Evansville, finishing with 15 points and eight assists, while Gabriel Pozzato chipped in with another 12 points.

Chattanooga took control early, entering halftime with a 41-29 advantage. The Mocs extended their lead further with an 8-0 run in the second half, which stretched their cushion to 11 points at 68-57 with just 3:14 remaining on the clock.
