ARLINGTON, Texas — In a distressing turn of events, linebacker DeMarvion Overshown of the Dallas Cowboys suffered a significant knee injury during the fourth quarter of Monday night’s match against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Coach Mike McCarthy described the situation as serious after the incident occurred when Bengals center Ted Karras collided into Overshown’s right leg while he was prepared to absorb a block.
