CORVALLIS, Ore. — Parsa Fallah was instrumental in leading Oregon State to a 78-62 victory over Idaho on Saturday evening, showcasing an impressive performance with 25 points.
Fallah displayed accuracy, hitting 10 out of 16 shots from the field and making five of eight from the free-throw line. His teammates contributed as well, with Michael Rataj adding 14 points on 4 of 12 shooting, also securing eight rebounds and five steals. Liutauras Lelevicius chipped in with nine points and shot an efficient 4 of 6 from the floor.
For the Vandals, Tyler Mrus topped the scoring charts, contributing 15 points to the effort, while Jack Payne followed closely behind with 12 points. Kyson Rose managed to add eight points to his team’s total.
Oregon State gained control of the game with 13:13 remaining in the first half and maintained that lead for the duration of the match. At halftime, the Beavers were ahead 36-30, with Fallah leading the charge with 10 points prior to the break. In the second half, Oregon State surged ahead, extending their lead to 67-43, largely due to a remarkable 14-2 run.
Fallah, continuing his strong performance, scored 15 points in the latter half, helping the Beavers secure a solid win as the game drew to a close.
