DOVER, Del. — In an exciting contest on Saturday, the Delaware State Hornets triumphed over the Loyola Greyhounds with a close score of 80-77, thanks to a standout performance from Martez Robinson.
Robinson not only scored 15 points but also contributed with seven rebounds, helping his team improve their record to 4-6.
Kaseem Watson also played a significant role in the victory, putting in 14 points alongside five rebounds, while Alston Andrews added 13 points, shooting effectively with 5 of 9 from the field and a perfect 3 of 3 from the free-throw line.

On the opposing side, Jordan Stiemke shone for the Greyhounds, registering 15 points and making two steals.
Milos Ilic complemented Stiemke’s performance with 14 points and eight rebounds, and Braeden Speed contributed 13 points along with four assists.

Delaware State started strong, leading 33-30 at halftime, aided by Muneer Newton’s six points in the first half.
The decisive moment of the game came when Robinson executed a layup with just over three minutes remaining, giving Delaware State an unassailable lead at 71-70.
