ITTA BENA, Miss. — In an impressive performance, Alvin Stredic Jr. recorded a personal best of 29 points, leading Mississippi Valley State to a decisive 91-71 victory over Oakwood on Monday night, effectively ending their six-game losing streak.
Stredic’s contribution didn’t stop at scoring; he also grabbed seven rebounds, showcasing his all-around play for the Delta Devils, who are now at a record of 2-7 this season. Other notable performances included Greg Moore, who tallied 17 points alongside five rebounds, while Donovan Sanders chipped in with 10 points.
For the Ambassadors, Jordan Bell was a standout performer, finishing the game with 20 points, six rebounds, and three steals. Jeray Randall Jr. supported the effort by adding 11 points to the scoreboard.
