    BALTIMORE — In a Monday night clash, Jacob Theodosiou shone for Loyola (MD) with a standout performance, scoring 23 points as they triumphed over winless Coppin State with a final score of 68-57.

    Theodosiou’s shooting was impressive, making 7 of 12 attempts from the floor, which included 4 of 8 from beyond the arc, and he also converted 5 of 6 free throw opportunities. His efforts were crucial for the Greyhounds, who improved their record to 4-3.

    Milos Ilic contributed significantly with a double-double, accumulating 17 points along with 10 rebounds. Veljko Ilic also made his mark, registering 12 points on 5-for-8 shooting.

    For Coppin State (0-9), the duo of Peter Oduro and Khali Horton both led the team in scoring with 11 points apiece, as they continue to seek their first win after a challenging start to their season with nine consecutive defeats.
