SOUTH EASTON, Mass. — In an exciting matchup on Sunday night, the Stonehill Skyhawks secured a decisive 88-74 victory over the Quinnipiac Bobcats, thanks in large part to an impressive performance from Josh Morgan, who tallied 22 points.
Morgan demonstrated his shooting prowess by making 7 out of 15 attempts from the field, including an impressive 5 out of 8 from three-point territory. He also converted 3 out of 4 free throws, contributing significantly to his team’s overall offensive effort. Alongside him, teammate Louie Semona added 18 points, showcasing his skills with a shooting line of 6 for 9, which included 3 for 4 from beyond the arc, and also matched Morgan with 3 out of 4 free throws.
Hermann Koffi was another key player for the Skyhawks, scoring 13 points by hitting 5 of his 9 field goal attempts, three of which were made from three-point range. The team’s collective shooting performance was a testament to their preparation and strategy on the court.
