BURLINGTON, Vt. — TJ Hurley played a pivotal role in Vermont’s victory over Northeastern, contributing 23 points to secure a 68-64 win on Saturday.
Hurley managed to hit 6 of his 14 shots from the field, which included 3 of 6 from beyond the arc, and he excelled at the free-throw line, converting 8 of 9 attempts. This win improved the Catamounts’ record to 5-4. His impressive performance was supported by Jace Roquemore, who added 13 points and collected five rebounds. Meanwhile, Ileri Ayo-Faleye contributed 10 points, finishing his game by shooting 3 for 5 from the floor and 3 for 4 from the free-throw line.
