WILMINGTON, N.C. — In a competitive matchup on Wednesday evening, Colgate triumphed over UNC Wilmington with a final score of 72-59, bolstered by impressive performances from Parker Jones and Brady Cummins, who each contributed 17 points to the Raiders’ victory.
Jones also showcased his skills on the boards, securing nine rebounds, while Cummins added five rebounds to his tally. Sam Wright played a key role as well, scoring 14 points and maintaining an efficient shooting performance, connecting on 6 of 10 attempts from the field, including 1 for 4 from beyond the arc.
For the Seahawks, Donovan Newby was a bright spot, finishing the game with 13 points. Additionally, Harlan Obioha offered solid support, contributing 12 points and gathering nine rebounds to help his team.
