Richards scores 17 to lead Chattanooga past Bryant 84-76

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — In an exciting matchup on Wednesday, Makai Richards showcased an impressive performance, contributing 17 points to the Chattanooga Mocs’ 84-76 win over Bryant.
The Mocs, now holding a record of 5-3, benefitted from Trey Bonham’s efforts as well, who scored 15 points by shooting 4 of 11 overall, with a notable 2 of 8 from beyond the arc and hitting 5 of 7 at the free throw line.
Sean Cusano also made a significant impact, scoring 13 points after hitting 5 of 7 shots, including 3 of 4 from three-point range.
On the other side, Earl Timberlake stepped up for the Bulldogs, leading his team with a strong performance recording 18 points along with six rebounds and six assists.
Bryant’s Rafael Pinzon added 16 points, while Jakai Robinson contributed 12 points, six rebounds, and registered two blocks in the game.
