Lazar Stefanovic had a standout night, contributing 19 points off the bench, while teammate Eric Dailey Jr. added 15 points to the scoreboard. The Bruins, now holding a record of 6-1, showcased their depth as all 12 players who participated in the game managed to score.

Dylan Andrews also made his presence felt for UCLA, scoring 11 points. The team shot effectively, finishing the game with 38 successful field goals out of 80 attempts, translating to a shooting percentage of 47.5%. From beyond the arc, the Bruins hit 6 of 20 shots, equating to 30%. On the opposing side, Southern Utah’s Xavier Sykes stood out with 10 points, making 4 of his 6 attempts and connecting on 2 of 3 from three-point range. UCLA quickly established dominance by jumping to a 7-0 lead early in the match. The Bruins maintained their lead throughout the game, with Skyy Clark’s jumper at the 5:03 mark before halftime increasing the cushion to 34-14. At the break, the score stood at 43-20 in favor of UCLA.

The Bruins will take a week off before returning to action to face Washington on December 3, marking the inaugural Big Ten matchup for both teams, as they look to continue their strong start to the season.
