EDINBURG, Texas — Dekedran Thorn delivered an impressive performance with 24 points as the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros secured a 97-77 victory against Le Moyne on Monday evening.

Thorn also contributed five rebounds to the team’s efforts. Howard Fleming Jr. supported the team’s strong performance by scoring 18 points, completing 6 of 10 shots, hitting 2 of 5 from three-point range, and successfully converting all four free throw attempts. Additionally, he made three steals during the game. Cliff Davis was another key player for the Vaqueros, finishing with 17 points, shooting 6 for 12 overall, which included a remarkable 5 for 10 from three-point territory.

On the other side, Dwayne Koroma was the standout player for the Le Moyne Dolphins, finishing the night with 14 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. His teammate Robby Carmody also reached the 14-point mark, while Trent Mosquera contributed with 10 points, rounding out a commendable team effort despite the loss.
