MORAGA, Calif. — Luke Barrett delivered an impressive performance with 19 points and 10 rebounds, spearheading Saint Mary’s to an 80-66 triumph over Cal Poly on Saturday night.

Augustas Marciulionis contributed significantly with 18 points, five assists, and three steals for the Gaels (6-0). Mitchell Saxen was also effective, shooting 6 of 8 from the field and adding 13 points to the team’s total.

Leading the Mustangs (3-4), Owen Koonce managed to score 16 points. Mac Riniker supported the effort with 15 points and five assists.

Saint Mary’s seized control of the game with 13:18 remaining in the first half and maintained their lead throughout. Barrett’s strong first-half showing included 11 points, helping the Gaels secure a 47-31 lead by halftime.
