BOSTON — In a recent matchup, Harvard secured a 78-67 win over Colgate, marking another step in their season as they aim for improvement.
Robert Hinton was a standout player for the Crimson, contributing significantly with 18 points along with nine rebounds and five assists.
His performance was complemented by Thomas Batties II, who scored 17 points efficiently, hitting five of his 11 shots from the field, including three from beyond the arc, and going a perfect four for four at the free-throw line.
Additionally, Batties showcased his defensive skills with three blocks.
Another notable performance came from Chandler Pigge, who added 16 points on an impressive shooting night, making seven of his 11 attempts from the floor and converting two of three free throws.
On the other side of the court, the Raiders struggled to find their rhythm but were led offensively by Nicolas Louis-Jacques, who scored 13 points.
Colgate also saw a contribution of 13 points from Parker Jones.
Further adding to their efforts, Chandler Baker chipped in with 11 points along with three steals to try to keep the game competitive.
This victory for Harvard improves their record to 2-4 on the season while Colgate falls to 1-4.
