ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands — In an exciting matchup on Friday night, Liberty emerged victorious against Louisiana with a score of 89-69, powered by Kaden Metheny’s impressive performance of 20 points.

Metheny showcased his shooting prowess, hitting 7 of 10 attempts and converting 4 out of 6 from three-point range. The Flames, now holding a record of 5-1, also benefited from Zach Cleveland’s contributions, who contributed 12 points, went a perfect 4 for 4 from the field, and collected seven rebounds alongside eight assists.
