In a thrilling matchup, Longwood edged out UAB with an 89-81 victory in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, marking their sixth consecutive win. Michael Christmas played a pivotal role in this triumph, contributing 15 points to the Lancers’ effort.

Christmas showcased an efficient performance, hitting 4 of 6 attempts from the field and sinking all 6 of his free-throw attempts. Other notable contributions came from Kyrell Luc, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds, and Colby Garland, who added 12 points while shooting 50% from the field and converting 2 of 3 at the free-throw line.
