CONWAY, S.C. — In an exciting matchup at the Myrtle Beach Invitational on Thursday night, Wright State took down Princeton with a final score of 80-62, thanks in large part to an impressive performance from Brandon Noel, who netted 27 points.
Noel also contributed significantly to the game with nine rebounds, alongside three steals and three blocks, showcasing his all-around skills for the Raiders, who now hold a record of 4-2.
Supporting Noel’s effort, Logan Woods made a strong impression by scoring 18 points and demonstrating his shooting prowess, sinking six of his ten attempts, including five out of six from three-point range.
Keaton Norris also made valuable contributions, finishing the game with 11 points, helping his team maintain a commanding lead. He shot 4 for 7 overall, with an impressive 3 for 6 from beyond the arc.
On the other side of the court, Xavier Lee was the top scorer for the Tigers, finishing with 14 points. Jackson Hicke helped his team with eight points while Jack Scott contributed a total of seven points to Princeton’s effort.
