Antetokounmpo tallies 41 points, leading Bucks to a 122-106 victory over Bulls for their fourth win in five outings.

Milwaukee emerged victorious against Chicago with a score of 122-106 on Wednesday night, powered by Giannis Antetokounmpo, who delivered an impressive performance with 41 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists.
Brook Lopez contributed significantly with 21 points, while Damian Lillard added 20 points along with 10 assists. AJ Green rounded out the scoring with 18 points, leading the Bucks to their fourth win in five games after a challenging start to the season with a 2-8 record.

For the Bulls, Zach Lavine was the standout player, scoring 27 points. He was supported by Torrey Craig, who added 15 points, while Nikola Vucevic and Coby White each contributed 14 points to the efforts.
Despite an 18-point lead by the Bucks, the Bulls were tenacious, narrowing the deficit to just one point during the third quarter. However, midway through the fourth quarter, the Bucks regained control of the game, largely thanks to the dominating presence of Antetokounmpo in the paint, where they outscored the Bulls 54-34.

Observations from the game included Lavine’s strong first half, during which he scored 20 points, making him the only Bulls player in double digits at halftime. Unfortunately for Chicago, Lavine’s impact dwindled in the second half, where he only managed seven points.
On the other hand, Antetokounmpo bounced back after scoring just 13 points in the first half by netting 25 of Milwaukee’s 29 points in the third quarter alone. Additionally, Lopez continued his strong form, scoring over 20 points for the third time in four games.

A crucial moment in the match came when Green made a catch-and-shoot 3-pointer from the corner, marking his fifth made three of the game, to elevate the Bucks’ lead to seven with just under seven minutes remaining. Following that, Lillard and Lopez both hit three-pointers as well, pushing the Bucks’ advantage to 13 points.

An interesting statistic to note was that the Bucks’ bench outperformed the Bulls’ reserves during the first half, scoring 23 to 7. Green was instrumental in this success, scoring 11 points in the first quarter itself.

Looking ahead, the Bulls will be hosting the Atlanta Hawks this Friday, while the Bucks will face off against the Indiana Pacers in their next game.
