Nate Santos recorded an impressive 23 points, contributing significantly to Dayton’s 74-53 victory over New Mexico State on Wednesday evening.
Santos also grabbed eight rebounds, showcasing his all-around game for the Flyers, who improved to a perfect 5-0 this season. Amael L’Etang was another key player, adding 11 points with an efficient shooting night, going 4 of 6 from the field and 3 of 5 from the free-throw line. Zed Key also made his presence felt, finishing with 10 points, hitting 4 of 7 shots, while converting 2 of 5 attempts from the charity stripe.

In a dominant second half, Santos exploded for 18 points, propelling Dayton as they outscored their opponents by 20 points in the final twenty minutes of play, ultimately sealing the win.
