    โ€“ In an exciting matchup on Friday evening, California Baptist triumphed over Long Island University with a score of 90-77, largely thanks to the impressive performance of Dominique Daniels Jr., who netted 27 points.
    Daniels had a challenging night shooting, going 9 for 25 overall, but he managed to convert 5 of his 14 attempts from three-point range and went a perfect 4 for 4 from the free-throw line, contributing significantly to his teamโ€™s victory as they improved their record to 3-1.
