VERMILLION, S.D. — In an impressive display of skill, Isaac Bruns led the South Dakota Coyotes to a commanding 92-69 victory against Dakota Wesleyan on Thursday evening.
Bruns showcased his offensive prowess by scoring 23 points, shooting an efficient 10 for 14 from the floor, including hitting 3 of 5 attempts from beyond the arc.
Alongside Bruns, Kaleb Stewart contributed significantly to the team’s success, netting 13 points while connecting on 5 of 7 shots, with 3 of those being three-pointers.
Chase Forte also made a solid contribution, scoring 11 points and going 5 for 10 from the field, with a single three-point basket.
On the opposing side, the Tigers saw Blaze Lubbers lead their scoring effort with 15 points and secured six rebounds.
Tampa Scott IV added to the tally with 13 points for Dakota Wesleyan, and Samuel Aslesen chipped in nine points along with six rebounds.
