INDIANAPOLIS — Jalen Terry showcased his scoring prowess by netting 28 points, leading Eastern Michigan to a narrow victory over Indiana University Indianapolis with a final score of 74-71 on Thursday evening.

In the closing moments of the game, Arne Osojnik secured the win for the Eagles by sinking two free throws with just 25 seconds remaining, extending their lead to 74-68. Terry also contributed significantly on the boards, grabbing nine rebounds and making three steals for Eastern Michigan, which now boasts a record of 2-1. Osojnik was efficient, hitting 5 of 7 shots from the field to finish with 13 points. Christian Henry added to the offensive effort, scoring 11 points on a shooting line of 3 for 12, which included two successful three-pointers and three conversions from the free-throw line.
