RENO, Nev. — Xavier Dusell contributed significantly to the Nevada Wolf Pack’s victory over Weber State, scoring 17 points as the team triumphed 88-58 on Wednesday evening.

Dusell demonstrated impressive shooting skills, hitting 6 of 9 attempts from the floor and converting 5 out of 7 three-point shots. Alongside Dusell, Justin McBride added 16 points to the scoreboard, with a shooting accuracy of 5 for 9 overall, including 1 for 3 from beyond the arc, as well as making 5 out of 6 from the free-throw line. Furthermore, Nick Davidson had a solid performance, scoring 14 points after making 3 of 4 shots from the field, all of which were three-pointers, in addition to hitting 5 out of 7 from the charity stripe.

For Weber State, Blaise Threatt stood out by scoring 13 points and providing four assists. Vasilije Vucinic made a notable contribution as well, totaling 11 points alongside grabbing 12 rebounds, while Miguel Tomley chipped in with eight points.

Nevada further widened its lead during the second half, at one point going ahead 57-32, a stretch marked by a dominant 12-2 scoring run. Davidson led the team with 10 points in the second half, helping to secure the convincing victory.
