RADFORD, Va. — In an exciting matchup on Tuesday evening, the Radford Highlanders secured a victory against the Old Dominion Monarchs with a score of 87-75.
Leading the charge for Radford was Jarvis Moss, who contributed significantly to the team’s success by scoring 23 points and grabbing five rebounds.
Josiah Harris was another key player for the Highlanders, finishing with 15 points on an effective shooting performance, hitting 6 of 9 attempts from the field and managing 3 for 11 from the free-throw line, in addition to collecting 10 rebounds.
TJ Nesmith also played a vital role, scoring 12 points on 5 of 9 shooting and added six rebounds to his performance.
On the other side of the court, the Monarchs struggled to find their rhythm, now sitting at 0-3 for the season. Devin Ceaser was their standout player, matching Moss’s scoring output with 23 points and securing six rebounds.
Sean Durugordon made a solid contribution as well for Old Dominion, scoring 16 points and collecting 11 rebounds, while Robert Davis Jr. chipped in with another 15 points.
This game showcased the Highlanders’ balanced offensive attack and solid defense, setting the stage for the rest of their season as they look to build on their current record of 2-1.
