COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Malachi Davis was instrumental in leading LIU to a 63-54 victory over Air Force on Monday evening, contributing 17 points to the team’s effort.

In addition to his scoring, Davis also racked up five assists, helping to facilitate the Sharks’ plays. Jalen Lee supported the team by scoring 12 points, demonstrating his shooting skills as he connected on 5 of 10 attempts, which included one three-pointer from five attempts. Brent Davis contributed another seven points for LIU, finishing the game with a shooting accuracy of 2 for 3.

On the opposing side, the Falcons were spearheaded by Wesley Celichowski, who had a standout performance with 19 points and three shot blocks. Kyle Marshall added his own contribution with 11 points. Ethan Taylor also made his presence felt on the court with 10 points, alongside four assists and three steals, providing a well-rounded performance for Air Force despite their loss.
