Fisher scores 21 as Pacific dominates NAIA’s Life Pacific 94-41 at the Rainbow Classic

HONOLULU — In a dominating performance at the Rainbow Classic, Elijah Fisher scored 21 points, leading the Pacific Tigers to a decisive 94-41 victory over Life Pacific on Sunday evening.

Fisher was efficient on the court, making 5 of his 8 attempts from the field, including 1 of 3 from beyond the arc, and sinking 10 of 13 free throws. His efforts contributed to the Tigers improving their record to 3-0 for the season. Jazz Gardner made a valuable contribution as well, scoring 13 points while grabbing nine rebounds. Seth Jones added 12 points to the mix, though he faced some struggles, hitting 5 of 15 shots from the floor, including just 2 of 9 from three-point range.

On the opposing side, Albert Matute was the main scorer for the Warriors, tallying 16 points in total. Zachary Murphy provided support with nine points as well as two steals, while Dylan Cabs contributed eight points and secured six rebounds for Life Pacific.

Pacific took control of the game early, seizing the lead just 18 minutes into the first half and never looking back. Fisher was particularly impressive, scoring 17 of his points in the first half, which helped the Tigers to a commanding 47-17 advantage at halftime. In the second half, Pacific pulled away further, outpacing Life Pacific with a stunning 21-2 run that expanded their lead from 28 to a staggering 47 points. The Tigers dominated the final half, outscoring their opponents by 23 points, with Jones leading the charge by netting seven points during this period.
