DULUTH, Minn. — Authorities confirmed that a man shot and killed two women and two children in separate residences in Minnesota before taking his own life. Officers subsequently surrounded his residence, and upon entry, they found Anthony Nephew deceased alongside Kathryn Nephew, 45, and 7-year-old Oliver Nephew.
