PORTLAND, Ore. — In an exciting matchup on Thursday, Ismail Habib emerged as a key player for Portland State, scoring an impressive 29 points in a dominating 131-84 victory over Evergreen State.
Habib showcased his shooting skills by hitting 10 of his 16 attempts from the field, including a remarkable 9 out of 11 from three-point range, helping the Vikings improve their record to 1-1.

Alongside Habib, Hayden Curtiss made a substantial contribution, totaling 17 points and securing six rebounds. Jaylin Henderson also played a significant role, scoring 15 points while connecting on 6 of 10 shots and hitting 3 of 7 tries from three-point territory.
