Democratic Representative Dina Titus has successfully secured her position in the U.S. House, representing Nevada, following a reelection victory on Thursday.
The Las Vegas district, which underwent redistricting, incorporated more suburban areas that tend to lean Republican, making it a prime focus for GOP efforts.
However, for the second consecutive election, Titus triumphed over her Republican opponent, Mark Robertson, a retired Army colonel, demonstrating her continued support among voters.
With this win, Titus adds to her impressive record, having served seven terms in Congress.
The announcement of her victory was made at 12:04 p.m. EST, confirming her role in shaping policy for her constituents.
