VERMILLION, S.D. — In an exciting matchup on Wednesday night, South Dakota showcased their skills by defeating Texas A&M-Commerce with a final score of 91-83. Chase Forte proved to be a standout player, contributing significantly to the Coyotes’ performance with a total of 23 points.

Forte demonstrated impressive shooting accuracy, making 5 out of 10 attempts from the field and achieving an outstanding 13 out of 16 from the free-throw line. Teammate Cameron Fens also shined, adding 14 points to the scoreboard with a shooting performance of 6 out of 10 from the field, alongside 2 of 5 from the charity stripe.
