On Tuesday, Donald Trump emerged victorious over Vice President Kamala Harris in Wyoming, a state known for its strong Republican leanings, securing its three electoral votes.
Wyoming consistently ranks as one of the most Republican-dominated states, having provided Trump with some of his most substantial margins during both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.
In his pursuit of re-election in 2024, Trump made at least one fundraising trip to Wyoming; however, he chose not to actively campaign there, opting instead to concentrate his efforts on other states that presented less certainty in terms of potential victories.
The election results were officially announced by election watchers at 9:00 p.m. EST, confirming Trump’s win in the least-populated state in the nation.
