MOSCOW, Idaho — In a commanding performance, Isaiah Brickner tallied 20 points to help lead the Idaho Vandals to a decisive 94-60 victory against the Northwest (WA) Eagles, who compete at the NAIA level, on Monday evening.
Brickner contributed not only with his scoring but also secured eight rebounds for the Vandals. Jack Payne had a notable game as well, scoring 14 points while also contributing five rebounds and four steals to the team’s efforts. Kolton Mitchell made a strong impact, shooting 5 for 7 from the floor, including two successful attempts from beyond the arc to finish with 12 points and three steals.
On the other side, the Eagles were paced by Ethan Martin, who managed to rack up 12 points in the contest. Trent Williams provided additional support with nine points alongside two steals for Northwest, while Dominic Wilson chipped in with seven points.
