FORT COLLINS, Colo. — In their season opener on Monday night, Colorado State showcased an impressive performance, defeating North Dakota with a score of 82-56, propelled by Nique Clifford’s standout contribution of 20 points.

Clifford’s efforts did not stop at scoring; he also recorded an impressive 14 rebounds, providing valuable support on both ends of the court. Keshawn Williams contributed significantly as well, hitting 6 out of 9 field goal attempts and sinking 2 out of 4 free throws, leading to a total of 14 points. Meanwhile, Kyle Jorgensen added nine points to the scoreboard, shooting 4 for 7 from the field, although he struggled with three-point shooting, going 0 for 3.
