TROY, Ala. — In an exciting matchup on Monday night, Troy secured an 84-74 victory over Toledo, led by the impressive performances of Myles Rigsby and Tayton Conerway, who each contributed 12 points.

Rigsby also played a crucial role on the boards, grabbing six rebounds throughout the game, while Conerway showcased his shooting skills, hitting five of his eleven attempts from the field. He managed to score one three-pointer and converted one of his three free-throw attempts, in addition to dishing out six assists to support his team effectively.

On the opposing side, Toledo’s scoring was spearheaded by Javan Simmons, who tallied 19 points along with eight rebounds. The Rockets also saw solid contributions from Sonny Wilson, who notched 17 points and provided five assists. Jaylan Ouwinga added 14 points to the scoreboard and contributed defensively with two steals and two blocks.
