DeAaron Fox was a standout for Sacramento, contributing 28 points, while DeMar DeRozan added 26 points to the effort. Sabonis made a significant impact with 16 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists, finishing the game by capitalizing on a missed shot by Fox to secure the win.
For Miami, Jimmy Butler played a crucial role, scoring 15 of his total 27 points in the intense fourth quarter. Tyler Herro matched Butler’s output with 27 points, while Bam Adebayo, whose Olympic gold medal banner was revealed during the game, chipped in with 16 points.
