LEXINGTON, Va. — In an impressive display of skill, Augustinas Kiudulas netted 27 points as the VMI Keydets triumphed over Washington (Md.) with a commanding score of 103-54 on Monday evening.
Kiudulas not only showcased his scoring ability but also contributed significantly on the boards, hauling in seven rebounds. His teammate, TJ Johnson, delivered an effective shooting performance, hitting 7 of 12 attempts, including 3 of 7 from the three-point line to finish with 17 points. Walker Andrews also played a key role, contributing 15 points with a shooting line of 4 for 12, which included 3 successful three-point shots out of 11 attempts, along with making 4 out of 5 free throws.
Meanwhile, Tan Yildizoglu had a remarkable all-around game, registering 10 rebounds, distributing 15 assists, and recording four steals, in addition to scoring two points.
For the Shoremen, Anthony Seoage was the standout performer, scoring eight points and grabbing three steals in the matchup. The game was characterized by the Keydets’ dominating offense, which maintained a significant lead throughout, showcasing their depth and teamwork.
