According to the source, X followed De Moraes’ instructions by blocking specific accounts on the platform, appointing an official legal representative in the country, and paying fines enforced for failing to comply with court orders. These details were outlined in a petition filed by X’s lawyers on Thursday, as per the anonymous source.

Last Saturday, De Moraes instructed the platform to provide further documentation regarding its legal representative for assessment by the court. The source confirmed that X has fulfilled this requirement.

The suspension of X in Brazil occurred on August 30, impacting the 213 million individuals in the country. De Moraes initiated the shutdown following a prolonged dispute with Musk regarding issues such as free speech, the presence of far-right accounts, and the circulation of misinformation.
