Andrew Tate Accused of Violent Assault at Beverly Hills Hotel

Andrew Tate accused: Controversial influencer Andrew Tate is once again under fire. This time, his girlfriend says he choked and assaulted her during a violent sexual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Just two weeks after he returned to the U.S., Tate allegedly attacked influencer Bri Stern during what she claims was a night that spiraled out of control.

Police Report Filed After Alleged Beverly Hills Incident

Stern told TMZ she filed a police report accusing Tate of sexual assault. The disturbing incident reportedly happened on March 11.

According to Stern, things began consensually, but quickly turned terrifying. She said Tate choked her during sex and ignored her repeated pleas to stop.

“He got more violent as I struggled,” she told the outlet. “I felt like I was fading into unconsciousness.”

Tate Allegedly Sent Violent Texts After the Attack

Stern also shared what she claimed were chilling messages from Tate. In one alleged text, he wrote, “I want to beat the f**k out of you.”

Another message reportedly read, “You will give me a child this year b**ch… What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you?”

She said she waited until he fell asleep before escaping to the bathroom. There, she photographed her injuries.

Hospital Visit and Medical Diagnosis

Days later, Stern visited an ER in New York while on a work trip. Doctors reportedly diagnosed her with post-concussion syndrome.

She also gave officers several photos showing her bruised face, according to sources. Those images have not been released publicly.

Tate Silent as He Flees U.S.

Tate has yet to comment on the accusations. Shortly after the alleged assault, he left the United States and returned to Romania.

His brother Tristan joined him. The pair were spotted checking in with local authorities as part of their ongoing legal troubles in Europe.

The timing of Tate’s sudden exit has raised eyebrows among investigators. That led to the development that Andrew Tate stands accused.

Tate Brothers Still Face Serious Charges Abroad

Both Andrew and Tristan Tate remain under investigation in Romania. Authorities indicted them last year for allegedly leading a criminal network that lured women into sex trafficking.

Andrew also faces a rape charge. The brothers deny all accusations.

“We are innocent,” Andrew said on Monday. “Accusations don’t mean anything. Only a fair trial and evidence matter.”

He added, “I’m a free man. I’ve been convicted of nothing.”

Trump Allies Rushed to Defend the Tates

While the brothers were in custody last year, several high-profile Trump allies took an interest in their case.

Trump’s former ambassador to Germany, Richard Grenell, reportedly brought up their situation during a February security conference in Munich.

Donald Trump Jr. also slammed the Romanian government, calling the charges “insane.”

Their involvement helped the brothers regain their passports. Soon after, the travel bans were lifted.

Private Jet Arrival Sparked Political Outrage

When the Tates landed in Fort Lauderdale last month, they didn’t sneak in quietly. Instead, they arrived in a private jet, lit cigars, and flaunted their lifestyle from a luxury mansion in Miami.

They posted photos with private chefs and luxury cars. Within days, their arrival caused a stir in Florida’s political circles.

Florida Officials Launch Investigation

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that his office had launched a criminal inquiry into the Tate brothers. He vowed to work with law enforcement to “get answers.”

At the same time, Governor Ron DeSantis denied knowing anything about the brothers’ entry into Florida.

“Florida is not the place for this kind of conduct,” DeSantis said. “We had no involvement.”

Tate fired back, saying DeSantis “was hijacked by the media.” He claimed the governor didn’t realize Tate was an American citizen.

“There have been conversations,” Tate said. “Everything has now been settled.”

Andrew Tate accused: His Inner Circle Tied to Trump World

Andrew Tate is accused as the influencer has deep ties to MAGA insiders. Lawyer Paul Ingrassia, who once represented Tate in a defamation suit, now works at the Department of Justice as a White House liaison.

In a recent post, Ingrassia praised Tate as “an extraordinary human being” and “a symbol of hope for the West.”

Tate also appeared on a podcast with Alina Habba, one of Trump’s attorneys. She recently became New Jersey’s interim U.S. Attorney.

During the interview, Habba gushed, “I’m a big fan.”

With the latest accusations, Andrew Tate finds himself at the center of yet another legal nightmare. And this time, it’s on U.S. soil.

Police are reviewing the evidence, and Stern’s claims are being investigated.

While Tate remains in Romania, the fallout continues in America. And if authorities choose to press charges, he could be forced to return.

For now, the influencer is silent. But the pressure is mounting. And with each day, more people are demanding answers.
