Brandon Maclin delivered an impressive performance, scoring 20 points to help Radford secure a commanding 77-53 victory over UNC Asheville on Thursday night.

Maclin also made notable contributions in other areas, pulling down five rebounds and dishing out six assists, leading the Highlanders to a record of 17-11 overall and 7-6 within the Big South Conference.

Supporting Maclin’s efforts, Truth Harris showcased his shooting skills, hitting 4 of 5 attempts from the field, including 2 of 3 from beyond the arc. He also contributed at the free-throw line, finishing with five successful shots out of seven attempts, thereby adding 15 points to the scoreboard.

Josiah Harris was another key player for Radford, finishing the game with 12 points, going 5 for 8 from the field and converting 2 of 4 from the charity stripe.

On the other side of the court, the Bulldogs from UNC Asheville, now standing at 19-8 overall and 10-3 in conference play, were led by Toyaz Solomon, who scored 10 points alongside two blocks.
