Arlandus Keyes played a pivotal role in Mount St. Mary’s victory over Canisius, contributing 17 points in a 73-66 triumph on Sunday.
Keyes demonstrated his shooting prowess, connecting on 5 of 10 shots, including 5 of 9 from beyond the arc, and he also sank 2 of 3 free-throw attempts. The win improved Mount St. Mary’s record to 15-10 overall and 8-6 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

In addition to Keyes, Jedy Cordilia was instrumental in the team’s success, scoring 14 points while shooting an impressive 7 for 9 from the field. Cordilia also grabbed seven rebounds during the game. Dallas Hobbs added to the team’s efforts with 10 points.

On the other side, the Golden Griffins struggled once again, marking their seventh consecutive loss. Paul McMillan IV led Canisius with a commendable performance, totaling 21 points alongside four assists and two steals. Additionally, Tana Kopa contributed 19 points and recorded four steals in the game.
