BUIES CREEK, N.C. — Colby Duggan played a pivotal role in Campbell’s 66-62 victory over North Carolina A&T on Monday evening, scoring a total of 26 points. This victory extended the Fighting Camels’ winning streak to seven games while marking the Aggies’ eleventh consecutive loss.

Duggan exhibited strong shooting performance, making 11 out of 17 attempts from the field, including one successful three-pointer from five attempts, and converting three of five free-throw opportunities. His efforts contributed significantly to Campbell’s record of 14 wins and 11 losses, placing them at 9-3 in the Coastal Athletic Association. Alongside Duggan, Tasos Cook added 13 points, and Caleb Zurliene contributed 10 points to the team’s total.

For the Aggies, Jahnathan Lamothe stood out with an impressive stat line, scoring 20 points, grabbing 17 rebounds, dishing out four assists, and making two steals. Nikolaos Chitikoudis supported the team with 17 points and seven rebounds, while Bryson Ogletree chipped in 15 points.

Duggan opened the game with eight points in the first half, but Campbell found themselves trailing at halftime with a score of 26-21. However, Duggan’s dominant 18-point performance in the second half proved crucial in propelling Campbell to a four-point victory.
