HOUSTON — In an exciting matchup on Monday evening, Southeast Louisiana secured a 69-60 win against Houston Christian, propelled by an impressive performance from Jakevion Buckley, who recorded 25 points and seven rebounds for the Lions.

With this victory, Southeast Louisiana improved their record to 16-9 overall and 10-4 in the Southland Conference. Alongside Buckley’s stellar showing, Sam Hines Jr. contributed 12 points while Brody Rowbury added 11 points to the team’s effort.
